Our factory is located at ZhuHai, China (Chinese: ¯]®ü "Pearl Sea"), this is a city located next to Macau and 1.5 hours by ferry from Hong Kong. Another 30 minute drive from ZhuHai city center will go to our factory at Domen (a town in ZhuHai).

We have approxmitely 100 workers in factory, most of them are carvers and the rest are assistants to the carvers. The most experiences carver has over 15 years of carving experences and most of them have average of 3 to 4 years of experiences. We ensure our netsuke and all sort of carvings carved directly from our cavers and ship directly to our buyers.

HOW THE NETSUKE TO BE MADE!

STEP 1-

Drafting from the raw material, carver using a big drill to draft the outlayer of the netsuke
STEP 2- Sketching the details of the facial expression and the details on the clothing, as well as the hand and feet. Now the carver are using small drill.
STEP 3- Smoothing the netsuke by knife inch by inch.
STEP 4- Polish by sandpaper.
STEP 5- Polish by leather.
STEP 6- Coloring by hand, experience worker will put the color on the clothes and eyes.
